  • Twin Buttes & Diamond Peaks District Meetings: 2/12/2025 7 PM - 8 PM

    THE ROLE OF ROUNDTABLE

The roundtable program is a key component of unit service. Roundtable exists to:

    • Provide information

    • Capture information

    • Offer additional program training

    • Provide networking opportunities When skillfully executed, the roundtable experience will inspire, motivate, and enable unit leaders to provide a stronger program for their youth.

The District Committee Meeting is the first place to get all the information you need for upcoming events, trainings, and most related Scouting topics.

This meeting is open to all registered leaders in the district, but is specifically meant for Chartered Organization Representatives, Zone Representatives, Unit Commissioners and members of the District Staff.

It is the mission of the Boy Scouts of America to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.

    • The purpose of the district is to work through chartered organizations and community groups to organize and support successful units. The end result of effective district support is more youth members receiving a better program.
