DESCRIPTION:Headwater District Meeting \n  \n  \n  \n The District Committee Meeting is the first place to get all the information you need for upcoming events, trainings, and most related Scouting topics. \n  \n  \n This meeting is open to all registered leaders in the district, but is specifically meant for Chartered Organization Representatives, Zone Representatives, Unit Commissioners and members of the District Staff. \n  \n  \n It is the mission of the Boy Scouts of America to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Scout Law.  \n  \n  \n  \n 	The purpose of the district is to work through chartered organizations and community groups to organize and support successful units.
