Any Scout, Cub or adult in full uniform can carry a flag, the more the merrier. OA wear your sash, Cedar Badge wear your beret. 

Please meet at the corner of Rich St. and S. Shilling, NOT Rich Lane and North Shilling.

All youth must be accompanied by the correct ratio of adult leaders, preferably in uniform. Parents can pick up their children at the corner of N Shilling and E Washington, LDS Church.
